The underlying technical methodology, scanning logic, and criteria used by StockMov are proprietary and confidential. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the underlying scanning formula.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, scraping data at scale, or reselling access without authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockMov shall not be liable for any losses arising from trading or investment decisions made using information from the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
